Senior Workday Technical Lead & Systems Analyst

Themesoft is hiring for a Senior Workday Technical Lead & Systems Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team and drive innovation across our global HR tech landscape.

Required Skills :

• 8+ years HR systems and technical lead experience.
• 6+ years deep Workday integration experience (XML, XPATH, custom fields, calculated fields, BIRT, etc.).
• 6+ years Dell Boomi integration experience (iPaaS, APIs, error logging, deployments).
• Solid technical experience with Workday Recruiting, HCM, Compensation , and more.
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow , Beeline , or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong experience analyzing business processes and documenting in Visio .
• Skilled in requirements traceability , SIT / UAT testing , and collaborative solutioning.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas in business-friendly language.
• Proven “get-it-done” mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required ; certifications in Workday, AWS, or ServiceNow are a plus.
