Job description9+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Program / Project Management Hands-on experience with Power BI Report Server , Power BI Service , and SAP HANA Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, BI solution architecture , and Row-Level Security (RLS) Experience with DevOps, CI / CD, automation, and data governance Prior experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programs Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent Having knowledge of SAP BW / 4 HANA. Exposure to Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric Collaborative and innovative work culture. We’re Hiring : Power BI Lead – Managed Services
Work from home : Yes (May require travel out of India to client place based on project requirements)
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

At Namasys Analytics , we are looking for a technically strong Power BI Lead to manage our Managed Services engagement in enterprise reporting and analytics. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with program management responsibilities , ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement across BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of BI programs, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
- Manage governance for reporting, data security, and compliance
- Collaborate with CXOs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders for solution alignment
- Oversee Power BI architecture , SAP HANA , and related BI systems (BW / 4 HANA knowledge is a plus)
- Mentor BI developers, data engineers, and analysts on best practices and technical excellence
- Implement automation, monitoring, and explore ML / AI integration for reporting improvements
