Our client, a leading real estate developer in Dubai, is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Managers to join their growing team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals who are passionate about real estate sales and want to build their career in Dubai. This is an individual contributor role.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation : AED 12,000 per month (2,90,000 per month approx), plus commissions on company payroll.
Work Visa, Tickets and medical insurance

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets in Dubai’s competitive off-plan luxury real estate sector.

Leverage a strong broker network and HNI client connections to generate consistent, high-quality leads.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships while delivering a world-class sales experience.

Represent Company with passion and drive, positioning the brand as the developer of choice in Dubai.

Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and maximize revenue growth.
