Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of VP - Construction to oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in high-rise buildings, commercial spaces, and diverse project phases, along with strong project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee all stages of construction, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
• Manage high-rise and commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to design and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and address challenges.
• Ensure efficient resource planning, procurement, and utilization across projects.
• Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Implement robust project management practices, including scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
• Maintain control over all civil engineering aspects, ensuring seamless integration with other disciplines and project Educational Qualification : BE in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience : 15-20 years of experience in managing civil construction projects across various lifecycle stages.
• Proven expertise in high-rise buildings and commercial spaces.
• Strong project management skills, with proficiency in resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• A postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or Project Management will be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
