💼 Role Overview :
As a Sales Professional , you will play a key role in expanding our footprint across markets. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, build lasting relationships with distributors and retailers, and drive strong revenue growth for the brand.
🚀 Key Responsibilities :
- Develop & implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
- Drive General Trade (GT) growth – distributor appointments, retail expansion & secondary sales.
- Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activities; prepare actionable reports.
🎯 Requirements :
5–6 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Key Accounts , preferably in FMCG or Organic Foods .Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT) operations is a must.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and lead business in assigned territory.Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics & reporting.Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required.🌱 Why Join Us?
