Key Responsibilities
SEO & Conversion Optimization
- Design and execute powerful SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
- Create content that ranks and converts into leads.
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, button placements, color schemes, and visuals for maximum user engagement and conversions.
- Track and improve performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools .
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Build and manage multi-channel lead generation funnels — organic, paid, and outbound.Execute LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, Upwork / Fiverr prospecting, and other growth tactics.Communicate directly with leads and clients via email, chat, and video calls.Conduct pitches, demos, and follow-ups to move leads through the funnel.Negotiate and close deals with international clients — ensuring smooth handoff to the project team.Maintain a CRM or lead tracking sheet to monitor all active prospects and deal statuses.Performance Marketing & Ads
Plan and run ROI-driven ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads .Continuously test, analyze, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting .Manage budgets smartly to achieve the best cost per lead and conversion rates.Social Media & Brand Management
Build and grow Vynce Digital’s brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter / X .Create engaging content calendars aligned with our brand tone and goals.Write compelling posts, reels, and stories that drive engagement and inquiries.Analytics & Reporting
Track marketing KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion rates, ROI).Prepare regular reports and present insights to improve campaign performance.Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and collaborations .Must-Have Skills & Experience
3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition .Expert-level SEO skills — keyword strategy, content ranking, and conversion optimization.Hands-on experience with ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn .Strong background in lead nurturing, email outreach, and deal closing .Excellent English communication skills (writing, speaking, and client interaction).Understanding of UI / UX marketing psychology (color use, layout, call-to-action placement).Confident handling international client communication via email, LinkedIn, and Zoom.How to Apply
