Job description

Key deliverables :

  • Handle on-site troubleshooting of meters and NIC cards
  • Manage meter inventory and warranty processes with customers
  • Perform firmware uploads and flashing for smart meters
  • Coordinate with commercial teams for billing and issue resolution

Role responsibilities :

  • Conduct field diagnostics and ensure meter performance
  • Support RF / NIC-related issues and device communication
  • Maintain stock records and replacements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for service efficiency
