Job Description :
- Knowledge of Housekeeping Management, Canteen Management and Guest Management
- Event Management and preparation to provide facility to VVIP Guests
- Handling Inventory Management & Canteen management
- Responsible for planning, cost control for consumables and staffing
- Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports MIS
- Practical experience of Event Management
- Ensuring the proper documentation of records & process which needs to follow as per the ISO standards.
- Monitoring monthly invoices and vendor payment status to ensure purchase orders are not over billed and vendors receive timely payment to avoid disruption in services
- Identify and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service.
- Knowledge of 5S & IMS controls
- preference to be given, who having the knowledge of SAP and Local Candidates
