Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Exim Executive to manage and oversee end-to-end export and import operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing all documentation related to international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage export / import documentation including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and applicable tariff schedules.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
- Verify and maintain accurate classification of goods using Harmonized System (HS) codes.
- Handle Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and other trade finance instruments.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Address and resolve customs delays, documentation discrepancies, or regulatory compliance issues.
- Maintain comprehensive and audit-ready records of all EXIM transactions.
- Keep abreast of updates in global trade policies, sanctions, and shipping regulations.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in EXIM operations.Strong knowledge of export-import documentation and regulatory compliance.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and EXIM-related software / tools.
