Responsible for On Time and to Brief Delivery of Promotional Assets
Ensure internal teams are aware of deliverables
Tracking requests, progress, changes and approvals
Stay on top of changes and requests between teams
Main POC for Promotional Assets
Handle daily comms between teams
Provide feedback to the business regarding progress
Support fast turnaround content for Social Media
Liaising between teams to ensure changes and requests are carried out within the given timeframe
Alerting business, COEs and tech teams when planned demand exceeds current operational capacity and proposing solutions
Collating communication from different channels and tracking and executing
Attending regular meetings to provide feedback and updates as well as capturing information
Ingest of Components
Track content coming into the MAM system
Locate materials and import into the correct placeholders
Chase up missing content
Communicate between teams on statuses
Troubleshooting Issues
Assess and triage promotional assets content delivery challenges
Prioritize issues and provide resolutions at the front end, whilst managing root-cause analysis
Delineating correlative tasks with operational teams to obtain valuable sustainable solutions
Workflow Optimization
Gather insights from current promotional assets content workflows review to ascertain bottlenecks
Exposing strategic opportunities that yield efficiency gains and define optimization points
Content Delivery Improvement
Provide input to development teams to create tools that facilitate promotional assets asset categorization visibility for prioritized processing to all teams involved in the content delivery workflow
Staying Across End-to-End Process
Work with cross-functional teams directly to understand and document their promotional assets workflows through process maps, business process and media flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams and identify along with them innovative solutions for their process, taking into consideration the end-to-end process of all teams involved.
The Essentials
Bachelors degreein Engineering, IT, Communications, Broad castingor related field or equivalent working experience
2 years of experience in Media Companies
Business acumen on media operation
Ability to work on cross functional multi-cultural teams in a collaborative way
Technical knowledge of media workflows and media formats
Knowledge of postproduction workflows
Excellent organizational skills
Bilingual in English and Hungarian
The Nice to Haves
Knowledge of user experience basic principles
High analytical skills
Familiarity with tracking tools such as Monday.com
