Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head based in Delhi / NCR, ready to work from our Noida office. This pivotal role will oversee all HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, onboarding, exit management, HR operations, team management, and cultivating an exceptional work culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a high-energy environment, excels at building high-performing teams, and aligns HR initiatives with our growth ambitions.
MUST HAVEs (Non negotiable) :
Minimum 3 years of experience with an IT / ITES company.
Must have experience of working in an MNC
Open to work 6 days a work
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment : Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting interviews, and building a robust talent pipeline to support business expansion.
Onboarding & Integration : Design and implement seamless onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate quickly, feel valued, and hit the ground running.
Exit Management : Oversee offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover trends, and implement retention strategies to minimize talent loss.
HR Operations : Streamline HR processes including payroll, compliance, performance management, and policy development to ensure operational efficiency and legal adherence.
Team Management : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Work Culture & Engagement : Champion a vibrant, inclusive culture through initiatives like employee engagement programs, recognition events, and diversity efforts to boost morale and productivity.
Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, including succession planning and organizational development.
Metrics & Analytics : Track HR KPIs, leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes, and report on talent metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience : 5+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (HR Manager / Senior Manager level) in a dynamic tech or startup environment.
Education : Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills :
Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, exit management, and HR operations.
Strong team management and leadership abilities, with a track record of building cohesive, motivated teams.
Passionate about work culture—experience in creating engaging, innovative environments that drive retention and performance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HR tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS like BambooHR or Workday) and MS Office Suite.
Personal Attributes : Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable; a cultural ambassador who inspires trust and enthusiasm.
Location : Preferably Based in Delhi / NCR; must be willing to work full-time from our Noida office (hybrid model with occasional travel).
