About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to lead hiring initiatives at Techmagnate. In this role, you’ll partner with department heads and business leaders to identify hiring needs, design effective recruitment strategies, and attract top talent across all functions — from digital marketing and technology to leadership positions.

You’ll play a key role in building the talent engine that powers Techmagnate’s growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles across departments.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Utilize AI tools, sourcing platforms, and automation to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Techmagnate as a preferred workplace.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, etc.).
  • Manage a small team of recruiters and oversee performance and development.
  • Stay updated with hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a digital agency or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience hiring for digital marketing, technology, and creative roles.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, including , job portals, and referral programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics and ATS tools.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance speed and quality in hiring.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and creating great candidate experiences.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in HR or equivalent specialization is a plus.
