We are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) – Education Loans to drive institutional partnerships and accelerate growth across the education ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Identify and acquire new educational institution clients (schools, undergraduate and post-graduate colleges, engineering, medical and other professional institutes, skilling & vocational institutes, universities).
- Build strong relationships with Founders, Trustees, Directors, CFOs, and key institutional decision-makers.
- Pitch Dili’s financing solutions for fee payments, capex, expansion, and operational needs.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles—prospecting, meetings, product demos, documentation, and closure.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and lending partners to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting on CRM tools.
What You Bring
3–6 years of experience in B2B sales —preferably in education loans, institutional lending, NBFCs, or fintech .Attractive annual package plus incentives.Prior experience selling to IT institutes, Skilling / Vocational Institutes, Engineering / Management / Medical Colleges / Schools is a strong advantage.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Target-driven mindset with a passion for the education sector.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
