Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process billing and invoices accurately and on time.
- Handle daily back office operations , including data entry and document management.
- Use MS Office (especially Excel and Word) for preparing reports and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files and databases.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks as assigned.
