Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Perform basic accounts entry and maintain outstanding payment records
- Use computer, internet, and email for documentation and communication
- Supervise and coordinate with support staff including operators, office boys, etc.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and work is executed on time
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining office records
