Senior Manager, Property Financial Operations

Onni Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Property Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of a diverse property portfolio. This role leads a team of Property Administrators and plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across property-level accounting, tenant management, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting, lease administration, and Yardi systems , coupled with proven leadership and team management skills . You will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team, fostering accountability, and collaborating closely with senior management across accounting and property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Accounting

• Oversee and review rent roll processing , ensuring accurate posting of all A / R adjustments including write-offs, reversals, and additional billings (e.G., parking, storage, chargebacks).
• Reconcile bank activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform month-end A / R and GL closing procedures and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Review and process monthly strata fees and mortgage payments across residential and commercial portfolios.
