About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our Pune, India site. In this role, you will contribute to the testing and development of platform products for wireless telecom and cloud-based cellular solutions at Parallel Wireless. You will collaborate with internal teams and test engineers across multiple Parallel Wireless sites, gaining valuable exposure to ORAN wireless technology while making meaningful contributions to our cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Golang, C++, and Python.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize software performance to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate actively in code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate in an Agile / Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3 - 8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Golang and / or C++ with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and related practices.
  • Experience with databases and cloud-native application development using Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in telecom or wireless technology domains.
  • Familiarity with ORAN or related telecom standards.
  • Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and test automation.
