HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

JOB ROLE : HR - Recruiter

SALARY BRACKET : 1-1.5 LPA

LOCATION : Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Support onboarding and other HR activities as needed.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
