Opportunity for Product Manager [17 / 10 / 2025]

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Product / Program Manager with 10–15 years of experience to lead and manage diverse projects across embedded domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies for digital projects and traditional Waterfall approaches for embedded systems. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on project execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have experience into Embedded / Hardware / Product development / electronics )(atleast 01 project)
• Lead end-to-end product and program management for web, mobile, and embedded projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies for managing sprints and iterative development in digital projects.
• Utilize Waterfall methodology for structured planning and execution of embedded systems projects.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and operations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.
