About the Role

Xylem Learning is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Student Counselors to join our dynamic counselling and sales team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will guide students and parents to make informed academic decisions, drive enrolments, and contribute to the continued growth of Xylem Learning.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in academic counselling, consultative sales, or the education sector, who are passionate about helping learners achieve their goals while meeting performance and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents through structured outbound and inbound calls using the lead database.
• Understand each student's academic goals, challenges, and aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
• Present and promote Xylem Learning's courses and offerings confidently and persuasively.
• Build trust-based relationships with students and parents through personalized counselling and consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed about programs, offers, and updates.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve lead quality, conversion strategies, and the overall student experience.
