Role Description

The Collections Executive will manage all aspects of debt collection and credit control for the assigned accounts. They will be responsible for following up with clients to ensure payments are made on time, resolving client queries related to payments, and maintaining accurate records of collections and outstanding balances. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring close collaboration with the finance and accounts team to meet collection targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
• Analytical Skills to assess and address outstanding accounts
• Basic understanding of Finance principles
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure
• Prior experience in collections or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred
