Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and continually improve financial projections, operating forecasts, and budgeting processes for the organization.
• Support the annual budgeting or target-setting activity for the entire organization, as well as for individual departments.
• Develop, analyze, and interpret actual department performance versus budgets (or targets) , providing clear insights to various stakeholders.
• Establish and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , encompassing both business and financial metrics, and create reports to effectively manage and measure business performance.
• Be adept at building comprehensive management reports by combining multiple data sources.
• Provide financial business partnership and decision support to various departmental stakeholders, guiding their strategic initiatives.
• Help optimize existing reporting processes through automation , enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Proactively and creatively seek out opportunities to generate business cases from ongoing activities, and thoroughly evaluate or assess their financial and business impact.
