Role Overview
This hybrid role demands a dynamic, engaging individual who can handle front desk responsibilities while driving admissions through effective client interactions and follow-ups. The position blends sales execution with reception and administrative support, playing a pivotal role in both operational smoothness and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Attend to incoming calls and inquiries generated through ads; provide information and convert leads into admissions.
Regularly follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages to nurture and convert them into confirmed admissions.
Convert enquiries into qualified leads and admissions, persuading with empathy and clarity.
Maintain detailed enquiry and admission records for analysis and improvement.
Reception & Client Coordination
Greet and assist visitors or walkin clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
Coordinate client visits and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience at the centre.
Administrative & Operational Support
Handle daily clerical tasks data entry, MS Office documentation, and report preparation.
Maintain attendance records and assist with staff coordination.
Monitor and report office expenses; liaise with accounts team for salary-related coordination.
Prepare and share periodic reports (weekly / monthly) on enquiries, admissions, follow-ups, and finances.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years in sales, reception, or administrative roles (preferably in health, wellness, or client-facing environments).
Languages : Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (all three mandatory).
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication; strong convincing and persuasive abilities.
Tech Proficiency : Basic computer skills—MS Office, data entry, familiarity with recordkeeping tools (CRM experience is a plus).

Monday to Saturday
9 : 30AM – 5 : 30PM
