Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Germany Student Visa Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the German higher education and immigration system and will provide expert counseling to prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on study opportunities, admission procedures, and visa requirements for German universities (both public and private).
• Guide students through the entire application process, including admissions, documentation, and visa filing.
• Conduct visa interview preparation sessions to ensure students are well-prepared.
• Stay up-to-date on all changes to German visa policies, educational standards, and university requirements.
• Manage and track student applications and maintain accurate records.
• Achieve enrollment and visa processing targets.
