The vacancy is in the team, Service Delivery – India, where we are looking for a Network Consultant resource that provides technical leadership, assistance and advice on complex topics being subject matter expert for the network within GEA’s IT infrastructure landscape.

Roles And Responsibilities :

• Supervise and guide external providers on network-related tasks in GEA’s IT infrastructure projects
• Collect and analyze user feedback to spot network problems and suggest fixes or new projects
• Work closely with onsite support colleagues, service delivery managers and external service providers to solve complex network issues that affect the business
• Act as the go-to person for major network incidents, as assigned by GEA IT Operations
• Research new products and recommend best practices to keep GEA’s network secure and efficient
• Compare different options and suggest improvements for network services to the Service Owner and Architects
• Share knowledge and support team members through coaching and collaboration
