Business Application Consultant (SAP SD / CS)

Responsibilities / Tasks

The SAP Sales and Services Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions, providing support and training to end-users, and ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.

• Various day-to-day support to existing Internal SAP customers in terms of incident- and change request handling
• Participate in SAP ERP projects throughout the full project life cycle
• Assist in analyze phases of upcoming projects
• Implement and configure SAP SD modules, including pricing, order management, and delivery processes.
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP SD solutions for process improvement and upcoming projects.
• Work with sales and distribution teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment
• Provide support and training to end-users on SAP SD processes and functionalities.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution related to SAP SD.
• Create and maintain documentation for SAP SD processes
• Result driven – focused on targets and project plans
