Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure professional looking for your next challenge? We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate IT Infrastructure Specialist with deep expertise in VMware virtualization and Windows Active Directory .

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing our on-premises IT infrastructure , ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory environments, including GPOs and security policies
• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere , ensuring scalability and uptime
• Administer Windows Servers (2016 / 2019) —patching, backups, performance tuning
• Configure and support network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Implement and monitor IT security policies and ensure compliance
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes
