Position Description :
The core responsibility is to build & sustain the Mediasmart business for their respective region. This entails penetration across direct brand partnerships, agency relations & building thought leadership across the branding eco system for the platform. We’re looking for seasoned brand sales enthusiasts with an entrepreneurial mindset to replicate & scale this platform’s success within India as it has seen globally.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Engage at leadership levels with top advertisers to create joint business plans and drive them to success. Systematically drive thought leadership within the branding ecosystem for your brand.
- Work to build an active sales pipeline for large Agency / Trading Desk deals and also for Brand IO business & ensure quarterly goals achievement for their respective region as the regional leader.
- Lead sales for Affle’s MediaSmart programmatic & proximity platform, CTV & mDMP proposition to leading agencies, trading desks and advertisers in your region.
- Instil a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Drive revenue growth by activating new accounts; enable the direct sales team to drive programmatic revenue.
- Optimize programmatic platforms for maximum revenue generation.
- Conduct periodic evaluation of RTB programs, identify new opportunities, and present recommendations for growth (i.e. new technologies, improved optimization, ad placement audits, etc.)
- Periodic reporting and analysis of our programmatic efforts.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with the programmatic players in the market.
- Work actively with global Client Services, Supply & Marketing teams to help drive success for onboarded clients.
- Attend key industry events to represent mediasmart and identify growth trends in the digital advertising ecosystem.
Required Skills :
Overall 3-5 years of experience.Desk of the Big 5 Agency Groups or in Platform Sales for a DSP / DMP / Martech industry.Good understanding of the mobile ad tech and programmatic ecosystem.Great relationships across levels with top media agencies, Trading desks, and advertisers.Very hands-on, self-starter and goal-oriented, able to work without supervision.Past experiences guiding deals that may involve global collaboration between multiple internal and external stakeholders.Understand the dynamics of the sell-side, most notably operations of supply-side platforms.Superb communicator and service-oriented leader.Please share your copy of your updated resume at : shajy.t@affle.com
