Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relationship Executive in Hospitality, located in Gurugram. The Guest Relationship Executive will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, addressing their needs and concerns, enhancing the guest experience, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.

• Proven experience in Customer Service and Guest Relations
• Ability to handle and resolve guest issues professionally
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Ability to work flexibly and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospitality management software
• Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
