About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Practice Lead to spearhead our Quality Assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in QA Automation , BDD Cucumber , API Automation , and Selenium , along with proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams . This role requires a strategic thinker with strong hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to drive best practices, innovation, and process excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of QA professionals across multiple projects.
• Define and implement QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives using Selenium, BDD (Cucumber), and API Automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and defect prevention.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance automation efficiency and maintain cutting-edge QA standards.
• Establish and monitor QA metrics to assess quality progress and team performance.
• Provide thought leadership and technical direction for the QA practice across the organization.
