About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead with a strong background in manual testing, API validation , and leading QA efforts across multiple projects . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in test planning and execution, a solid understanding of automation, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality software in fast-paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across web, mobile, and backend systems , focusing on functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Act as a hands-on contributor , while driving organization-level QA initiatives and process improvements.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios aligned with business requirements and user stories.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Rest Client .
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure clear understanding of requirements and test coverage.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects , adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Conduct defect triage meetings , track and monitor issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering best practices in testing and documentation.
• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).
• Maintain and manage test environments and data for consistent, repeatable testing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, metrics, and tools to enhance product quality.
