The Pre-Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads and maximizing customer site visits through proactive engagement and effective communication. The role demands strong sales acumen, relationship management, and coordination skills to support business growth and lead conversion for BPTP projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve lead conversion rate (leads converted to site visits or qualified opportunities).
- Make & Take outbound / inbound calls per day including :
- Follow-up 1 on the same day
- Follow-up 2 the next day
- Identify and filter potential leads , ensuring maximum generation of Qualified / Interested (QFL) leads in SFDC .
- Provide brief and accurate details of all active projects to prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful site visits .
- Consistently follow up with QFLs and other potential leads through SFDC .
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) for scheduling customer site visits.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards during calls.
- Meet and exceed monthly calling, qualified lead, and site visit targets .
Qualifications & Requirements :
Experience : Prior experience in the real estate industry is a must.Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.Work Mode : Work from office (no hybrid or remote options).Working Days : 6 days a week with rotational weekly off .Skills :Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer handling and coordination abilities.Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.Share your profile at Kanika.bhambri@bptp.com
