Senior Business Development Manager

Mela Fine Foods is trying to redefine street food in India. Mela Panipuri launched 11 months back to standardize taste and hygiene of street side panipuri . We are currently in the process of building a chaat QSR looking to redefine the way we serve and consume streetfood.

We are looking for a hustler, a self starter who can wear multiple hats and help build the business and execute on our vision.

Key responsibilities Include

• Identify opportunities :  Find new markets and identify potential clients and partnerships . Pursue and follow up on new business leads
• Build and maintain relationships :  Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, as well as with partners . Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and services, and provide feedback from the market. Execute offline promotions across all verticals
• Promote content and events :  Execute ideas and content like flyers, promotions and help build brand visibility. Ensuring standards are adhered to for quality and hygiene
• Addressing growth levers and setting targets to develop informal channels for growth

You are someone ...

Ideal candidate has run his own food business / restaurant and has experience in dealing with large format grocery stores, hyper markets, schools & colleges and / or malls, IT parks

Other qualifications

A natural love for street food and a generally pleasant, hardworking personality.
