We are expanding rapidly and looking for a Quality Manager to build and lead our Quality Department from the ground up.
Role Overview :
As the Quality Manager , you will be responsible for setting up and leading the company’s Quality Department to monitor, audit, and improve the performance of our 30+ sales and telecalling staff.
You’ll design processes, evaluate calls, identify training needs, and ensure communication excellence across all teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build the Quality Department and implement the complete QA process.
- Create and manage call audit scorecards , SOPs , and feedback mechanisms .
- Listen to and evaluate calls for sales and telecalling teams.
- Prepare weekly & monthly quality performance reports .
- Identify training needs and assist in improving call handling skills.
- Lead and mentor QA Analysts (1–2 initially).
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and HR for performance improvement plans.
- Maintain compliance and quality consistency across teams.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate in any discipline.4–7 years of experience in Quality (BPO / Inside Sales / Customer Service).Strong background in call auditing , quality metrics , and performance analysis .Excellent communication, coaching, and reporting skills.Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools (Zoho, Exotel, MyOperator, etc.).Experience in setting up a QA process from scratch is a strong advantage.What We Offer :
