Roles & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in EV 2W & 3W vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance (brake checks, suspension, hub motor, etc.).
• Work on battery systems, BMS, controllers, converters, chargers, and wiring harnesses.
• Calibrate and configure components such as throttle, display, sensors, etc.
• Carry out battery health checks and replacement when necessary.
• Update service records, job cards, and feedback in the system.
• Perform on-site breakdown service (if required).
• Ensure tools and diagnostic equipment are maintained properly.
• Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in the workshop.
• Coordinate with the service manager or customer support for technical issues.
• Support PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and retrofitting tasks.
