Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join our brands team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing data and generating insights. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional team members, strong communication skills, and the ability to present findings effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and assist in documenting clear and actionable requirements.
- Data-Driven Insights : Analyse business data to identify patterns and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Dashboard & Report Creation : Build automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key metrics and performance indicators across functions.
- Stakeholder Communication : Present insights, trends, and findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, summaries, and visualizations.
- SQL-Based Data Extraction : Write and optimize SQL queries to pull relevant data from internal databases for ongoing analysis.
- Support Strategic Planning : Provide data-backed support to business teams for performance reviews, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
Skills & Requirements
Technical Skills :Proficiency in Excel (Advanced level)Experience with Tableau for data visualizationStrong command of SQL for data extractionAnalytical Skills :Knowledge of market research methodologiesBasic understanding of statistics and analysisExperience in data mining and visualizationSoft Skills :Effective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics or Mathematics1-2 years of hands-on experience in a data-focused role (Data Analyst or Business Analyst).Comfortable working with large datasets and transforming them into clear, actionable insights.Experience in building reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Skilled in presenting findings to cross-functional teams in a clear, structured format.Familiarity with BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Metabase, or Power BI is a plus.
