Food QC & Inventory Management - Internship

Responsibilities :

You'll be part of the core operations team ensuring smooth coordination across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.

Day-to-day responsibilities include :

• Tracking all inward / outward inventory at our 3rd party manufacturing units and central warehouse.
• Reconciling raw material consumption vs. finished goods output.
• Conducting periodic QC checks and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Maintaining Excel / Google Sheet trackers for daily reporting.
• Proactively flagging discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues.
• Assisting in the creation of standardized operational processes for scale.
• Coordinating with vendors (manufacturers, warehouse, logistics) for timely stock movements.
