Job Summary

Tajore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and scale our online presence. This role is crucial for driving sales, optimizing the customer journey on our e-commerce platform, and ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of all online business activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify and a strong understanding of SEO principles.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations & Sales Management

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, with a focus on Shopify to ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
• Drive online sales performance through effective strategy, execution, and promotional campaigns across all digital channels.
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices for product pages, category pages, and site content to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
• Oversee Account Management for all online marketplaces and retail channels, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
• Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges processes in coordination with logistics and operations teams.
