Job Summary

Tajore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

E-commerce Executive

to manage and scale our online presence. This role is crucial for driving sales, optimizing the customer journey on our e-commerce platform, and ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of all online business activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Shopify

and a strong understanding of

SEO

principles.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations & Sales Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, with a focus on

Shopify

to ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.

Drive online sales performance through effective strategy, execution, and promotional campaigns across all digital channels.

Implement

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

best practices for product pages, category pages, and site content to increase organic search visibility and traffic.

Oversee

Account Management

for all online marketplaces and retail channels, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.

Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges processes in coordination with logistics and operations teams.

Analytics and Performance

Utilize

strong Analytical Skills

to track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, traffic, ROI of campaigns).

Conduct regular

data analysis

to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in the customer experience and sales funnel.

Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for management, providing actionable insights.

Team and Leadership

Demonstrate excellent

Team Management skills

to oversee, guide, and motivate a small sales team.

Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to meet performance targets.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, design, and product teams to align e-commerce activities with broader business and brand strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

2-3 years

of progressive experience in an E-commerce or digital sales role.

Proven hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining an e-commerce platform, preferably

Shopify .

Demonstrable knowledge and application of

SEO techniques

(on-page and technical) for product and content optimization.

Proven track record in driving

Sales

performance and achieving revenue targets.

Expertise in

Sales Management

and setting operational standards for an online business.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent

communication and organizational skills

with a keen eye for detail.
