  • Able to perform due diligence in corporate and litigation works.
  • Well-versed with corporate contracts
  • Preparing legal templates
  • Streamline responses and communication on all legal matters assigned
  • Drafting notices
  • Monitoring & representing cases in the city's local courts
  • Legal Filings

Experience Required : 3 Years

Pre-Requisites

  • Candidates must be from Vijayawada
  • Strong Legal Research and writing skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines
  • Well adept in English & Telugu languages (Speak, Read & Write)
