Role overview

The Tech Lead will spearhead MAVIP Group's technology function — leading the design, development, and deployment of platforms, applications, and digital tools that power both internal operations and client-facing solutions. This role demands a hands-on technologist with deep experience across traditional and modern tech stacks — someone who can build scalable web and app infrastructures today while architecting AI, ML, and blockchain-powered platforms for tomorrow. The ideal candidate combines strategic technical leadership with product-building capability , leading projects end-to-end from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of MAVIP Group's core technology ecosystem , including internal tools, client portals, and SaaS platforms.
• Architect and build digital products for MAVIP Group's proprietary ventures — such as identity verification systems, AI-driven dashboards, and engagement platforms.
• Oversee tech infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across all systems and environments.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of developers, designers, and tech partners to ensure high-quality output and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with business, creative, and research teams to translate GTM needs into technically executable, innovative solutions.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies — AI, ML, Blockchain, Data Analytics, and Cloud-native architectures — to strengthen MAVIP Group's innovation roadmap.
• Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and deployment schedules for tech-enabled client programs.
• Maintain documentation, coding standards, and version control best practices across all projects.
