Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present and promote travel packages, tours, and services to individual and corporate customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals within assigned targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly.
