Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager located in Chandigarh. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and developing business strategies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, leading and motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Business Manager will also identify business opportunities and work towards achieving the targeted business goals.

• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
• Financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
