IBM Maximo Developer

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle IBM Maximo implementations as a techno-functional consultant.
• Design and develop integrations, workflows, and automation scripts using BIRT and Java scripting.
• Configure security groups, applications, and database setups within Maximo.
• Work on the integration framework and ensure seamless connectivity across systems.
• Manage and optimize key Maximo modules such as Assets, Inventory, Planning, Resources, Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, and Contracts.
• Write and optimize SQL scripts for database management and reporting.
• Gather business requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality documentation.
• Lead a small technical team, coordinate project tasks, and maintain client relationships.
• Provide technical support and application enhancements aligned with business timelines.
