About the Role

To teach, mentor, and guide students in the domains of User Experience Design or Communication Design, contributing to academic excellence, industry-relevant learning, and creative innovation at School of Design, MIT Vishwaprayag University. The faculty member will also participate in curriculum development, research, and collaborative design projects with industry and academia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, studio sessions, and workshops in UX / UI or Communication Design.
• Mentor students through projects, portfolio development, and internships.
• Develop curriculum and teaching material aligned with current industry standards.
• Participate in academic reviews, exhibitions, juries, and student evaluations.
• Collaborate with industry partners to bring live projects and case studies into classrooms.
• Engage in research, publications, or creative practice relevant to design education.
• Contribute to outreach activities, events, and institutional growth initiatives.
