Human Resources Intern

You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in onboarding. Key Responsibilities :

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
• Support onboarding and other HR coordination tasks.
• Contribute to employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
