We combine leading-edge business consulting with innovative technology solutions to help clients achieve their goals.  We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer (Contractor) to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions for our clients.

This role demands strong technical expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.  Key Responsibilities :   Lead the design, customization, and configuration of SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and site architecture.  Develop advanced SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions using JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and PnP libraries.  Architect and implement Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, and integrations with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.  Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide solution recommendations, and deliver regular progress updates.  Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments.  Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and governance adherence in all solutions.  Prepare detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents.  Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.  Stay updated with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform advancements to recommend innovative solutions.  Required Skills & Qualifications  7+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development and customization.  Strong proficiency with SPFx, JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and PnP libraries.  Proven experience in designing and implementing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.  In-depth understanding of SharePoint site structures, content types, permissions, and governance.  Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Platform with Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, and other services.  Proficiency in Agile / Scrum project methodologies; experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Git.  Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.  Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.  Preferred Qualifications  Microsoft 365 or Power Platform certifications.  Experience in performance tuning and optimization for SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.  Exposure to Power BI and Microsoft Graph API.  Benefits :   Contract Duration : [Specify, e.g., 6–12 months]  Work Hours : Flexible, aligned to project needs (some overlap with US time zones required)  Compensation : Competitive; commensurate with experience  Powered by JazzHR
