We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and automated workflows that improve service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities : .

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools via REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.
• Implement features across various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or CMDB.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scripts, performance, workflows, and UI policies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and development best practices.
• Follow Agile methodology for task planning, development, testing, and deployment.
