ServiceNow Technical Lead | Bengaluru
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead (6–8 years experience) to join our team in Bengaluru. If you’re passionate about designing enterprise solutions, mentoring teams, and driving impactful client projects, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, Scoped Apps, Portals).
- Design and implement complex integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, OAuth2, Basic Auth, data mapping, error handling).
- Drive CSM case management, portal customization, widget development, and order / approval automation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, enforce coding standards, and lead technical discussions.
- Collaborate with clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent communication.
- Work with structured CI / CD pipelines and multi-team environments to ensure seamless deployments.
