Job description4–8 years of Workday experience, including 2+ years hands-on Workday Extend . Expertise in Workday HCM, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio integrations. Strong programming knowledge (REST APIs, JSON, XML, object-oriented design). Proven experience in full-cycle Extend app development (concept → deployment). Workday certification(s) preferred (Workday Extend Pro a strong plus). Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Workday Reporting, BIRT, and Security. Prior experience with global, large-scale Workday implementations.
Job Title : Workday Extend Resource (Permanent)
Location : Remote (India) / Hybrid – Pune
Compensation : (Full-time, Permanent Role)
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement Workday Extend applications to support business operations.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend apps with strong focus on performance and usability.
- Integrate Extend applications with Workday HCM and third-party systems.
- Provide continuous production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize apps post-implementation.
- Adhere to Workday security, compliance, and governance standards.
